Studio Duality is a custom-design & fine furniture making studio. We create tailor made bespoke furniture that defines our customers. Each piece is hand crafted at our boutique factory in the hills of Lonavala. The idea of luxury stemming from the hill station surrounded by green valleys in western India had us captivated. Our showroom, factory, design & digital studios are all under one roof. We are a one stop shop for everything Home Decor. Besides custom made furniture, we also offer a while collection of upholstery fabrics, window blinds, outdoor wicker furniture. At Studio Duality, we celebrate the beauty of the opposites, metal & wood, old & new! We believe that Duality helps bring out the best part of our design.

Studio Duality is a custom-designing and fine furniture making studio in the foothills of Lonavala. We believe in celebrating the beauty of dualism. Working with opposites makes our designs stand out like – using contrasting elements of metal and wood, playing with new trends in classic designs, and more! We are a one stop shop for everything home decor, we offer a wide collection of upholstery fabrics, bespoke fixed and loose furniture, outdoor wicker furniture, blinds, curtains, wall finishes & a lot more! Our philosophy revolves around the duality of design – the blend of aesthetics and functionality. We understand that furniture is not merely objects to be placed in a room, but rather an extension of your identity. More importantly we have an honest approach with the materials we commit & use, our way on functioning is extremely transept & hence one can trust us.
Our Team
The heart of Studio Duality beats with craftsmanship. Our skilled artisans (carpenters, upholstery team, polish team) pour their expertise and passion into every step of the creation process. Our in-house furniture designers, are experienced & seasoned individual that bring great design aesthetics & accurate agronomics to each piece we create. From selecting the finest materials to hand-finishing the smallest details, we take pride in delivering furniture that exudes excellence. Each piece is a testament to the timeless beauty of handcrafted workmanship.
Our Materials
Wood is the canvas of our creations, and we work with a variety of woods, Burma teak wood, white ash, oak, mahogany, pine, mango, cedar, Douglas, etc. We source our materials from sustainable forests to ensure the longevity of our furniture and the health of our planet. A lot of the wood we use is reclaimed, old Burma teak that has been aged fine like wine, seasoned naturally over time.
Metal Marvels
Our fusion of wood and metal results in breathtaking designs that redefine the boundaries of furniture artistry. From sleek stainless steel to rustic finishes, our use of metal accents adds a touch of contemporary flair and structural integrity to our pieces. We offer various finishes powder coating, PVD, electroplating.
Sumptuous Upholstery
Comfort meets aesthetics with our carefully chosen upholstery materials. Luxurious fabrics, solid colours, prints, velvet, leatherier options. We are official distributors for brands like Dctex, Sarom, Ddecor, soft zone. We also use fabrics to custom make window blinds & curtains for our clients. We are official deals for AD blinds a leading manufacture for window blinds.
Exquisite Finishes
The artistry of our furniture is brought to life through the finesse of our finishes. From hand-applied stains that accentuate the wood’s natural beauty to custom paints that infuse vibrancy into each piece, our finishes are a testament to our attention to detail. We work with some of the best branded materials & can offer a variety of finishes – Melamine, Duco, PU, lamination, gold/silver leafing. We also work with wall finishes – evolve, stone lite, interior & editor water based wall paints.
